Panel Discussion – Relevance of Governance & Transparency in Philanthropy
On the event of the Shiv Nadar Foundation’s 20th year celebrations a panel discussion was conducted to set new benchmarks in disclosures and governance in the evolving space of philanthropy in India. The panelists included Ashish Dhawan, Founder and CEO, Central Square Foundation; Rohit Bahadur, Partner (Business Risk Services) at Grant Thornton; Dr. Shubhashis Gangopadhyay, Director, School of Humanities and Social Sciences, Shiv Nadar University (as moderator of the panel);Onno Ruhl, Country Director, World Bank India; Naazneen Karmali, India Editor, Forbes Asia and TS Krishnamurthy, former Chief Election Commissioner of India.
